I can’t wait to receive my work of art from Photofiddle. I chose a picture of the hubby and Rylan from our cruise in 2006. It sure brought back some great memories looking through all my pictures….

National Infertility Awareness Week
April 29, 2009 | Filed Under General | Leave a Comment
In honor of National Infertility Awareness Week, Conceivex, Inc. is offering a coupon code for $20 off the purchase of the Conception Kit, the nation’s only FDA-cleared at-home fertility enhancer. The code, NIAW, can be entered on the website and is valid until May 15th.
More about the Conception Kit: The Conception Kit is a low-cost fertility enhancement solution for couples who are having difficulty getting pregnant. Since the Kit’s clearance in 2007, thousands of people have overcome problems such as tilted cervix, low sperm count and hostile vaginal environment to become pregnant using the Kit. The Kit uses cervical cap insemination along with other tools to help couples time and enhance the natural process of conception. At $299.95, the Kit is an effective and affordable step to take before turning to costly and invasive fertility treatments.
As someone who has suffered with infertility, I thought I would pass this on. If you have struggled with infertility, you know how incredibly expensive it is with all the appointments to the doctor. The blood work, ultrasounds, etc… It all adds up fairly quickly! If I had know about The Conception Kit when I was struggling to conceive, I would purchased it without thinking twice about it.

Karito Kids Review and Giveaway (Closed)
April 28, 2009 | Filed Under Giveaways, Reviews | 312 Comments
I was so incredibly excited to learn about Karito Kids. Karito Kids is a socially responsible company which enables kids to learn about other countries and cultures at the same time empowers them to help others less fortunate. With each product that is sold, 3% of the retail price (not profits/proceeds) is donated to one of four projects under the causes of food, home, school or health. With each purchase you receive a code that can then be entered on the website and the kids can direct their donation to one of the four causes.
Karito Kids products are ethnically accurate play dolls with wonderful chapter books about the character in one of six countries: USA, China, Mexico, Italy, Kenya, Australia. Karito Kids launched in the U.S. in 2007 and won the #1 Toy of the Year by Family Fun along with 20 other awards. They received national press attention on GMA, Live with Regis and Kelly, The Today Show and even on Oprah’s O list.
Karito Kids were so kind to send Taylor her very own doll. She was so excited to have received the “Gia from Italy” doll. Gia is an 11-year old fashion diva helping her parents operate their pensione (family inn) in Florence, Italy. She dreams of becoming the world’s most famous fashion designer. Gia comes with her own passport and a hardbound, 136-page fiction book that includes pages from her journal describing the country she loves!
Gia and Taylor are quite the perfect match. Taylor is the most fashion conscience 5 year old I have ever met. The first thing Taylor noticed about Gia was her boots! And I have to agree, they are quite stylish.
I am incredibly impressed with the quality of the doll. They are 21” poseable dolls that are hand-strung and constructed from vinyl with no phthalates added. To properly model their fashions, the dolls are constructed with a 1/3-vinyl breastplate. To ensure the much-desired “cuddle” factor, 2/3 of the torso is soft 100% cotton and polyester fill. The hair is wigged and can be washed and styled.
If you are looking for a special treat for your daughter, niece, etc., Karito Kids is definitely the way to go.
Giveaway:
Karito Kids has been so kind as to offer one lucky reader their choice of doll. ($99.99 value)
How to Enter:
In a comment let me know which Karito Kids doll you would choose and who you would give it to if you were the winner.

Belli Baby Review and Giveaway (Closed)
April 28, 2009 | Filed Under Giveaways, Reviews | 75 Comments
I was recently introduced to Belli Skincare and given the opportunity to try their Belli Baby Calm Me Hair and Body Wash. When I opened the package I just knew that I was sent the wrong product. This couldn’t be baby wash in such a nice bottle. But as you can see from the picture, it is baby wash. Very nice baby wash at that.
Like always, I put all three kiddos in the tub to try out the Belli Baby Calm Me Hair and Body Wash. The first thing I noticed was the nice aroma. Even my husband likes it. He says “It’s not so commercial like some of the other brands.” And he’s right. It’s not like your typical baby wash. The essential oils of marigold and chamomile smell luxurious!
I also have to comment about the lather. When you put it in your hand you notice the consistency is much different than that on the market in the big retail stores. It’s nice and light and the lather is smooth and silky. It washes easily off the skin and leaves your skin feeling soft and refreshed. After bathing the kids, I used it too. I had to indulge in the same luxury as them.
Belli Baby Calm Me Hair and Body Wash is free of Phthatates and other Xenoestrogens. It is also pH-balanced for baby’s skin and tear free.
You can buy Belli Baby Calm Me Hair and Body Wash on sale right now for $15.30. It originally retails for $18.00.
Giveaway:
One lucky reader will win Belli Baby Calm Me Hair and Body Wash. ($18.00 value)
How to Enter:
In a comment let me know what other Belli Skincare item you would like to try.
