How we keep it spiced up is we like to plan a mini get a way..A room and we have a mini fridge and stock up for the day..we have no where to be or see for the weekend.

To keep things romantic, when my guy is away on business, we make sure to talk right before bed via the phone to say goodnight. it’s simple but means a lot. We also make dinner together, it’s so much fun and it’s a great way to partner up to make something we both enjoy. Thanks!

My husband and I try to have a regular date night. We usually just snuggle together on the couch and watch a movie but sometimes we like to get a sitter and go out for dinner.

we have special date nights when the kids (teens) are out or both working. We go out to eat and shopping. Snuggle time and soft music……

We rent a hotel room with a jacuzzi tub! We live in a little resort town, so we can get some good deals on them. Even though we’re not actually out of town on a real vacation, it keeps it novel and fun!

We’ve been kinda slack on keeping things intimate lately, playing Warcraft (both of us together, not just him) & me being so tired/sick from preggyness has kinda put a BIG damper on our sex life. But we’re moving into a new place in a couple of days & we’ve both decided that we’re going to get ourselves back on track.

We’re going to start having a date night once a month, either going out to eat or cooking together at home.
We’re also going to start having a movie night a couple times a month.
And every Sunday we’re going to start getting up and cooking brunch together!

Being nice to each other & flirting with each other helps alot.

More than anything, relaxing is the key. Don’t rush or pressure. Just be relaxed with each other. This makes the act itself exciting.

My sweetie is a police officer, so he works crazy hours. We don’t see each other more than 3-4 nights a week and when we do, we find time for intimacy no matter what. We don’t get a chance to take each other for granted because we don’t see each other as often as most people. And knowing how dangerous his job can be, I don’t allow being tired or busy to be an excuse. I’d hate to do that and then discover it was my last chance.

Our kids are both under 3 so we’ll plan date nights when we can and have the grandparents watch the kids.

We always have a special date night each week with Champagne and bubble baths and massages.

We still hold hands when we are out together and we always kiss when we are going to be separated – even if it is going into different rooms in the house. We leave little notes for each other all over the house. Also I had spinal surgery in Feb. and he took care of me by bringing me food and books and anything I needed to the couch. He even had to walk the dog and clean up after him – something he really hates….. He is the best!!
