Speak Now for Kids Campaign
May 5, 2009 | Filed Under General | Leave a Comment
Our children can’t speak for themselves, so we must do it for them. Speak Now for Kids is encouraging parents, family members and health care providers to tell Congress why children matter in health reform. You can share through stories, photos and videos.
Did you know there are 8.8 million children who are not insured. That is an alarmingly high number and is unacceptable.
How can you help? Visit Speak Now for Kids and learn more about the campaign. Reach out to Congress and let them know just how important our children are. Share this campaign through your blog, Facebook, Twitter and e-mail.
To learn more about the campaign and tweet with a representative from the National Association of Children’s Hospitals, join us Wednesday, May 6th, from 9 to 10 p.m. EST on Twitter for a #SpeakNowforKids SiteWarming.
