No Throw was invented by twin sisters, Karla and Karen. When their sons were still babies they lived very close to each other and could enjoy walks to the park with each other. When Karla and her family moved to Detroit in 2001, the sisters found themselves travelling back and forth much more than they ever imagined. During their travels, the boys liked to throw their bottles and sippy’s all over the place. After much embarrassment Karla called Karen and said “there has got to be something out there to stop this embarrassment.” And that was 8 years ago.
If you are a parent then I know that you’ve had experience with thrown bottles, sippy cups, toys, etc. For me, it was a battle with all three of my children. Peyton has to be the worst out of the bunch though! He is constantly throwing anything and everything from the high chair, stroller, grocery cart, etc. If he can throw it and it makes a loud sound as it hits, he’s all for it!
We were so blessed to be able to try the No Throw. We received the Blue with Sports and the Black and Red. We had to go grocery shopping a few nights ago, so I grabbed the No Throw and tossed it in the diaper bag and off we went. When we got to Wal-Mart and got the stroller I have to admit that I was a bit confused. Good thing the hubby was there. If I had read the directions BEFORE trying to use the No Throw, all would have been fine. So we get the No Throw attached to the sippy and as you can tell from Peyton’s expression, he was not happy!

As soon as we put the sippy on the tray he tried to throw it on the ground. As a mommy I am extremely grateful that his sippy didn’t fall and hit the nasty germ infested ground. It saves me time by going to the restroom and washing it off, money from using wipes to wash it off, etc. The No Throw is an extremely useful product.

Now I do have some mommy suggestions. We have some of the bigger sippy cups, so the fabric really isn’t long enough and it takes some maneuvering to get it to stick to the other side of the velcro. I had to hold the cup while my hubby put the velcro strip through the d-ring to loop around. It would only need an inch or two and would be great!
So all in all, the No Throw is a must have for any parent with a throwing obsessed child such as mine!
