Smart Mom was started in 2002 as a way to promote pretty and practical ideas for Moms. Their first product line was the Teething Bling, which I was lucky enough to get to try. I received the Donut Shaped Pendant in their newest color Amethyst and I absolutely love it. My son is turning one is just a couple of days and he has been teething like crazy lately. As I’m sure you know, teething babies will put anything in their mouths.

I had pretty much sworn off jewelry for the time being because Peyton loves jewelry. He likes eating jewelry, pulling on jewelry, sucking on jewelry, you see where I’m going with this?!? He just loves jewelry. With the Smart Mom Teething Bling, he can tug, bite, suck, and it’s okay.

Teething Bling products are made with the highest quality phthalate-free silicone. The material is non-toxic, BPA, PVC and lead free and all pendants come with a breakaway clasp. And it is even dishwasher friendly!

The Teething Bling pendant is a very substantial piece of jewelry. It’s not small by any means. I took a picture so you could see the size and how long the cord is. It’s very easy for baby to play with without pulling on your neck.
