Baby Bistro Brands was created by Nutrition Educator, Christina Schmidt.  After her sister had a baby, she realized how many questions new mothers had and their confusion about infant nutrition.  She wanted to make it easy to access this information and help us raise our babies.

The Toddler Bistro Box contains 8 different categories filled with recipe sized cards. Each category is filled with essential information keeping it short and to the point. For example, if you are looking for ways to entertain your 1-2 year old, some of the ideas are to play peek-a-boo around corners, show your toddler how to throw balls or stick to the family dog. Or you might be looking for the best option when dining out, you can check out the Fast Food-Facing Facts. This box is just filled front to back with great information that every family needs.

Do you know how many calories a day your toddler should be eating? I didn’t either. I was surprised to see that my 20 pound little guy only needs 730 calories a day. I figured since he was growing and using more energy now that he is walking he would need more calories than that.

      I’m somewhat torn. I’d love to get the Toddler Bistro Boxfor my friend Laurie, who has a 1 1/2 year old. On the other hand, I’d love to win the Baby Bistro Box for my friend Sarah, who is expecting her first this summer. Well, Laurie and Sarah are also close to each other.
