If you have a child (I’m sure you do if you’re reading my blog) then you know how important it is that you keep memories from baby’s first year. Caroline Casselman of Castle Calendars is a mom of 5 and knows all to well the importance of remembering those special milestones. When her youngest daughter started walking she was wishing she had a calendar to jot down the date so she could remember it. And that is where Baby’s First Year Calendars came to be.
This calendar is unique because it starts with the month your baby is born and will go a full twelve months until baby’s first birthday. The calendar includes a few stickers to celebrate those special milestones such as first tooth, first laugh, first step, etc. There are also spaces in the calendar to place pictures of the baby during that month kinda like a scrapbook page.
The calendar can be personalized for a boy or a girl. To order your calendar, you will need to provide the month of birth and gender. It’s that easy!
Since my baby just turned one, I gave the calendar to a friend of mine from church who recently had a little boy. I think the calendars are very sturdy and would hold up through the years. The calendar is bound with white coil and could be hung from the wall if needed.
I like that the page themes match the month. For instance, May has sun and flowers, June has a beach ball and sea shells! It’s just a really fun way to document baby’s first year.
