You all know that I love a bargain and I love designer clothes. But, I’m sure you also know that usually those two terms don’t complement each other well. I’ve been given the opportunity to shop both of these stores to see what I can find. I am so excited because it has been years since I have stepped foot into a T.J. Maxx or Marshall’s store.
I’m not sure what to expect since it has been forever, but I’m excited about what great deals I might find. Since it is back to school time, I’ll probably shop for the little princess. Although, it would be nice to shop for myself for a change.

We don’t have a TJ Maxx, but we do have a Marshalls and I LOVE it!! I always find great deals there. They’ve got great prices on clothes, for kids and adults. But their accesories and housewares are my favorites! I do a lot of my gift shopping there. I recently found some organic kitchen towels and a glass pither and glass set, each for under $10!! I got them as wedding gifts for my cousin. Have fun shopping!!!
I have a really hard time shopping at these stores. I have to be turned on by something on the rack (why must everything I say sound so dirty?) something that catches my eye for me to stop and look. At these stores, there is not much advertising via the racks.
It’s more like here’s all our shit, marked down and crammed onto the racks, you must DIG THROUGH to find anything really good.
Anyway…hope you enjoy it, cause they aren’t my cup of tea.
I’ve been to both recently for a Father’s Day shopping post I did. I have to say, the Marshall’s I went to had so much fun kitchen stuff! I wish I had been shopping just for me, lol
The clothes on the other hand… well, I dress a certain way, and maybe one or two items caught my eye for me – plus they didn’t have hardly anything in my DH’s size. I didn’t really glance at the kids clothing, because the kidlet’s closet has taken over ours, she has that much! I do not need more temptation! LOL

I just got a ton of SUPER CUTE out fits from my aunt at my baby shower and she got them all at TJ Maxx. And a Petunia Picklebottom diaper bag. So cute!
So, I was super excited to find that we have a TJ Maxx out here too!

I usually head to the clearance racks, that is where you find the best deals.
