Being a busy mommy with three children, we spend way too much time in our vehicle. From taking children to school, extracurricular activities, church, grocery shopping, etc., it seems like I spend a substantial amount of time on the road.

It is always inevitable that someone calls when your out and about and you need to talk on the phone. I’ve tried the bluetooth earbuds, but I can not stand to have something in my ear. When I was contacted to see if I would like to do a review of the Parrot Minikit Chic Hands Free Bluetooth Car Kit, I was super excited. This is exactly what I need!

As you can see, not only is the Parrot MiniKit Chic stylish, it serves a very important purpose. It keeps your hands on the wheel, your eyes on the road and you can still take those important phone calls without putting your family in danger.

Because of the space-saving design of the Parrot MiniKit Chic, it can be used in the car, in your office, at home, etc. You can place it on your sun visor, your cup holder or anywhere you need it. It is so small that it can even be placed in your pocket. The interface will automatically connect to your Bluetooth phone when it is nearby.

I know I tend to stay away from most high-tech items because quite frankly, I’m a little technically challenged. If you are too, it’s okay. The Parrot is very user friendly and pretty much does everything automatically.

Once your phone and Parrot are paired, the Parrot automatically coordinates its phonebook with the contacts on your phone. The phonebook on the Parrot is automatically updated anytime it connects with your phone.

The Parrot also recognizes every voice. If you want to call a person who is already in your contacts, all you need to do is say their name. The Parrot recognizes it without any prior training. If you have multiple numbers associated with a certain contact, you will need to say the contact name and home, work, etc. So if you were calling your mom at her job, you would say “Mom Work”.

The Parrot MiniKit Chic comes with a charger you can plug into a USB drive on your computer and it also comes with one you can plug into your car. The battery life has over 15 hours of talk time and 20 hours on standby.

I love my Parrot MiniKit Chic! Not only does it look pretty and chic on the visor in my vehicle, but it makes my life in the car so much easier.
