Christmas Shopping at T.J. Maxx and $5,000 Carol-oke Contest

I was really excited to learn that I was invited to participate in a “Secret Santa” gift exchange with some other bloggers around the blogosphere. We were all given gift cards to T.J. Maxx and the name of our “Secret Santa”. When I received the name of the blogger that I was to buy for, I was a little nervous and apprehensive because I didn’t know this blogger. How was I supposed to buy a gift for someone I don’t even know. Right…

I headed out to T.J. Maxx and within seconds of walking in the door I had found some things that would work great! I strolled through the aisles looking at all the Christmas decorations, delicious smelling candles, yummy candies and chocolates, picture frames, etc. I found some things that I thought would be perfect for anyone and snatched them up and headed to the checkout. Although the line was long, I was out in a flash!

I’m very happy with my shopping experience at T.J. Maxx and love that you can buy name brand clothing at a fraction of the cost.

Also, Marshalls and T.J. Maxx have joined together for a “Carol-oke” contest. One lucky person will win a $5,000 holiday shopping spree – just for singing their favorite holiday tune! The contest launches on Monday, November 30th on YouTube’s specially-created “Caroling Channel”, www.youtube.com/jointhecarolers. There, consumers can select from one of three carols, create their own “Carol-oke” video and upload for entry into the contest. For every consumer who uploads a video singing one of our original carols, T.J. Maxx and Marshalls will donate $1 towards the purchase of a brand new toy to Toys for Tots up to $50,000. So sing your heart out and have fun!
