My hubby and I are big smoothie fans. We used to get smoothies from a huge nationally known company but after seeing the calorie content in their smoothies we ventured out to making our own. We did this for a few months and we really enjoyed it. Being very busy parents though, it started to be a lot of work. Washing all the fruits, cutting and putting in bags for freezing took up a lot of our time and we decided not to do it anymore.
We recently had the opportunity to try Yoplait Frozen Smoothies that go from frozen to fruity goodness in minutes. Every Yoplait Smoothie contains a full serving of fruit and real Yoplait yogurt pieces with live & active cultures. In addition, they are a good source of calcium when prepared with milk as directed, and an excellent source of antioxidant vitamin C.

The kind folks at MyBlogSpark sent us a free product coupon to purchase our Yoplait Frozen Smoothie and also provided me with a single-serve Hamilton Beach blender. The smoothies come in three different varieties including:
- Triple Berry
- Strawberry Banana
- Strawberry Mango Pineapple
I picked up the Triple Berry and it was very yummy! Not only was it yummy, it was very easy and fast to prepare. All you need is 1 cup of milk, a package of Yoplait Frozen Smoothie and a blender. Combine the milk and the contents of the package and blend for a minute to minute and a half and your smoothie is complete and ready to devour. And at only 110 calories per serving, it’s healthy and nutritious!

We love yoplait smoothies – all flavors. We have tried others including creating our own with fruit and yogurt but none are as “tasty” and smooth as yoplait. Thank you for your input and postings.
