I know I’ve said it a million times already but I absolutely adore photo gifts. I like to give them and I also like to receive them. I was recently given the opportunity to create a baby-themed photo book using PhotoWorks Studio.
PhotoWorks Studio is still a beta application which just means that they are still actively developing it. Since it’s not the final product release, it does not yet have all the features that they plan to add, but they will continue to clean up and make minor repairs.

Creating a photo book with the Studio application was a breeze. The first step in creating your photo book is to choose which type of book you want to create. Since I was creating a baby-themed book, I chose the blue baby book. If you don’t already have your pictures uploaded to the site, you will need to do that too. This always seems to be the hardest part for me. I find it difficult to choose which pictures I want to use.
After you’ve chose the book and uploaded your pictures, the application gives you an option of auto-feeding your pictures into the book or you can manually put the pictures in the book. Since I’m all about ease, I chose the auto-fill option. You can still add or remove pictures using the auto-fill option.
As you are changing or adding pictures to your album, you can also add text in the text box areas. Since I used the photo book for both of my boys, this made it easier to distinguish them apart. After adding your pictures and text, you can then customize your design. You can choose from many scrapbook style pages to create a one-of-a-kind, personalized photo book.
The process was easy, the website moves fast and I can’t wait to receive my photo book in the mail!
I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of American Greetings PhotoWorks and received a free photo book to facilitate my review.

I love photo books too! They make perfect gifts for grandparents who live far away.
I love photo gifts too, and in particular photo books. Your kids are so cute, that photo books of them would be SO adorable.
You know me, I would have to make a book of my little baby, Nano!
