Let me start out by saying we love T.G.I. Friday’s! We eat there at least once a month and the “Give Me More Stripes” loyalty program is amazing. So when we were asked to do a review of the T.G.I. FRiDAY’S “Entrées for One”, we were quite excited to try the frozen entrees at home.
When we were at the store, we noticed all the different varieties that come either in a box or a bag. After much deliberation, we chose to get the Grilled Chicken Mac & Cheese.
We chose this one because my husband loves anything with pasta and especially loves anything with cheese. So add the two together with some grilled chicken and that had to be the one we came home with.
The “Entrees for One” are incredibly easy to heat up and your meal is done in about six minutes. When you take the dish out of the box, you will notice the T.G.I. Friday’s logo.
Spiral noodles with creamy cheddar, romano, parmesan and monterrey jack cheese sauce mixed in with grilled chicken pieces, it looked really tasty. But unfortunately, we weren’t really a fan of this dish. We thought the cheese was too runny and the chicken had hard pieces in it. The noodles were good, but the dish did need some salt and pepper.
My husband and I did not feel like the T.G.I. Entrees for One, held up to the quality of the dishes you actually get when you’re in the restaurant.
