    Oh that is neat. I love visiting ChooseMyPlate so will definitely have to check this out. It is so important to eat breakfast, your body needs food after sleeping all evening. Whole grain cereal, berries and skim milk are a breakfast I eat when I’m rushing and for the kiddos (they love theirs with bananas).
