Birthday Celebration Blog Party Starts May 17

My little guy Peyton will be turning one on May 22nd! In celebration of his birthday, we are having a Blog Party here at Simply Being Mommy. We have tons of great prizes to giveaway from sponsors like Frecklebox, Baby Eggi, Playskool and many more.
If you are a blogger, please consider letting your readers know about the party. If you blog about the party and put the Birthday Celebration button on your sidebar, you can receive 5 extra entries in any of the giveaways during the party (May 17-23). Please leave a comment on this post letting me know you have done so and a link to your post. It will help me keep track of who gets extra entries and who doesn’t.
If you are not a blogger, you can still earn 5 extra entries. All you need to do is email 5 friends and tell them about the blog party and cc me at crystal at simplybeingmommy dot com. Please only send emails to those you think might be interested. No spamming please! Once you have emailed your friends, leave me a comment letting me know you have done so. My upcoming Juicy Juice Party

On April 18th we are hosting a Juicy Juice Shining Moments House Party. This is our first party so I’m looking for ideas on how to make this party fun for the children and adults. If you have ideas that you think I could use, please leave me a comment about it.
One of my ideas is to allow the children (and parents) to decorate their own cupcakes. I know my two older children find this very fun and entertaining. I figure that would keep the children occupied for a small amount of time. Another idea I had was to make popsicles out of Juicy Juice beforehand and pass those out as treats. I’ve also thought about a pinata? I think the children would really enjoy that.
Weather permitting we will be having this party outside. We have 2 acres so they will have plenty of room to run around and be kids and I won’t have to worry about the house getting ransacked.
