Sometimes we just need a little boost. Boost Kid Essentials after school drinks for perfect for children.
Now that the children are back in school, I’m doing as much as I can to make sure my children are getting their required daily amount of nutrients. We do eat a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and take a daily vitamin, but I just never know if they are getting all the nutrients their little bodies need.
I was recently sent some samples of Boost Kid Essentials along with a few recipes to try out with the kiddos. Out of all the recipes we tried, there were two favorites; Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake and Strawberry Smoothie.
Boost Kid Essentials Nutritionally Complete Drink is available in chocolate or vanilla. It’s gluten-free, lactose-free, tastes great and has 24 essential vitamins and minerals. While it’s nice to make a special drink with added ingredients, my children also liked drinking it straight from the bottle.
I’ve been giving my children their Boost once they get home from school along with a small snack. I usually split one bottle between two of the kids which gives them about 4 ounces each. It’s just enough when served with a small snack. I usually do a clementine, string cheese or dried peas – whichever the kids want.
I have an immersion blender and have found that it’s much easier than getting out the blender. Plus, clean up is much quicker.

I always worry about my son getting enough nutrients for his growing little body. He is such a picky eater and I know he isn’t getting the essential vitamins from his food. I’ll have to give Boost Kid Essentials a try and see if he will drink it! Thanks for sharing!

That looks like great stuff, my kids drank stuff like Hi C when they came home from school, nice to see some good stuff out there!

I want to try those out with my youngest two children. They drink a ton of milk and this might be perfect.
I have my son right not taking the Emergen-C each day. He is only 3 so he thinks he is drinking juice.

My kids can tell when a drink is ‘healthy’ from a mile away BUT I never thought to make tasty smoothies WITH the drinks. Great idea!
