My daughter is the ultimate diva and she absolutely loves everything fashion! When I told her that she would be able to design her own piece of clothing, nothing else mattered except that. We were given a $25 gift code to use on Taylor’s design but you could easily spend more than that will all the options available.
With the FashionPlaytes.com design application, it’s very easy to create your own one-of-a-kind design. The first step in creating your design is to choose your piece of clothing or accessory. Taylor chose to design the short-sleeve t-shirt in black which starts out at $12. If you’d like an underlayer, you choose your fabric and print and that would add to the price of the shirt. Each embellishment and layer adds to the cost. The next step is to choose a ribbon to add to the shirt design. You don’t have use every option though. Taylor didn’t because we tried to stay as close to $25 as possible.
After choosing a ribbon you will then be able to add ruffles if you’d like. If not, just skip ahead to the next option which is rhinestones. I think the rhinestones are adorable, but Taylor didn’t put any on her shirt. The next step is an applique. There are many options to choose from and there should be something that suits every fashionista. You can also add a rosette if you’d like. Those are pretty cute. If you chose not to go with an applique, you choose a rhinestone graphic or a screen printed graphic instead. Once you have done all of those steps, the last step is creating your label. You can choose just a generic Fashion Playtes logo or make your own. It’s up to you. After Taylor completed her shirt she ended up right at about $25.
Taylor’s shirt arrived today and she was ecstatic! She is so happy with her design and has been showing it off since it arrived. I like FashionPlaytes.com because it allows Taylor to use all that creativity and create something that is all her own. I do have to say that the price is higher than I’d normally pay for a t-shirt though.

Thanks for letting your readers know about this. It is a step up from making tye dye shirts and using puffy paints on sweatshirts to show school spirit, which is what we used to do when we were kids.
The name Fashion Playtes reminds me of “fashion plates” that creative game that we had where we could design our own fashions.
