Jizo and Chibi was started in 2009 by designer, psychotherapist, writer, and artist, Valerie Johns. The two collections, Jizo and Chibi, are handmade pieces of jewelry made of either gold vermeil or sterling silver and range from $50 to $200.
I was recently sent the silver Chibi charm bracelet to review and I am incredibly happy with the piece. The bracelet and charm are made of sterling silver and the charm is attached to a 7.5″ chain. My wrist is about average and it fits me perfectly.
Isn’t it adorable?!? I think the charm is quite unique and I love it’s meaning. Chibi means “little one” in Japanese. It can be your own child or your inner kid. I checked out the website–did you know they also offer books, art and statues, even hats?

I love this jeweler… they have the most adorable things available, and like you, I adore the meaning behind their symbols. The earrings that go with that piece (which is my favorite of their collection) are also, too cute.
I’m so glad you got that bracelet to own… wear it in good health! 🙂
