Living in Texas is perfect when your not a fan of cold weather. While we still have a couple of months with cold weather, it doesn’t compare to the frigid weather in some of the Northern states. But, living in Texas also has some downfalls like the super high humidity and the temperatures over 100 degrees during the hottest months of the year. When I was asked to look at the Fresh Produce Clothing line, I was super excited to see the Bali Daylong Dress, which makes a perfect spring dress.
I received the lovely Bali dress in black and I also received the Shorefront Cardigan in black and the combo makes a perfect set. I’m a huge fan of casual clothing and Fresh Produce definitely delivers.
When I first put on the dress, I noticed how light the fabric is and because of the way it hangs it flows freely against your body. The dress is made of 95% cotton with 5% lycra with gauze size panels. The center panel adds a slimming graphic element that keeps you looking long and lean.
Because the dress features double spaghetti straps and I’m such a modest gal, the cardigan is a must have for me. It’s lightweight, it’s comfortable and it’s versatile making it a perfect piece to add in your closet.
Overall, I really like the Fresh Produce Clothing line. Like I mentioned earlier, I’m pretty modest and did find that the dress was a little low cut for me but I like wearing it with a really thin black cardigan and it works perfectly for me. The pieces are also priced a bit higher than I like to spend, but if you can hold out for a sale, the prices are pretty good.
Fresh Produce started in California in 1984 and moved to Colorado in 1990. Currently in its third decade, the clothing line continues to primarily be made here in the USA. You can find Fresh Produce at specialty stores such as Nordstrom, Walt Disney Resorts and over 800 boutiques nationwide.

Very cute!! I’m too short to be able to pull off the long dresses…they make me look shorter and dumpier than I already am. 😉
