In this day and age, it’s pretty common to see pretty much everyone with a smartphone. I know there are a few out there that haven’t taken the leap, but I’m pretty sure the numbers are few.
When I first bought my iPhone, I was incredibly surprised with the cost. I mean, I knew they would be expensive, but I had no idea exactly how much and my first thought was that I’d better take care it. I first started out with a protective case that also had a protective screen, but then switched cases and the new case didn’t have a protective screen.
I’ve recently received the 3M Natural View Screen Protector and I’ve been using it for the past couple of weeks on my iPhone 3G. I’m not sure how I would make it through the day without my iPhone, so having this screen protection makes me feel a little better.
The 3M Natural View Screen Protector was a breeze to put on — I didn’t even need the husband’s help. The application process was very simple and everything you need is included with the screen protector. The first step is to make sure your smartphone screen is clean. You’ll then peel away the liner being very careful not to touch the adhesive side of the screen. You will then carefully align the protective screen over your smartphone and then put the film in place. The package includes a 3M Applicator and you’ll use that to act as a squeegee to push trapped air bubbles to the edge of the film and you’re done! Easy, peasy and only takes a minute or so.
I did have a few tiny air bubbles that I could not get out, but they aren’t really all that noticeable. I’m incredibly happy with my experience using the 3M Natural View Protector and it’s been keeping my screen free of fingerprints from the little people.

i need something like this. i’m horrible at application though. i put them on my boys Ds’s and didn’t keep my fingers off the sticky side and they are a mess lol

I’m going to have to look into getting a screen protector when I change phones. Right now I don’t have a touch screen so there isn’t really anything to protect. But hopefully, I’ll get a new smart phone soon enough.

One word, OTTERBOX! I don’t have an iPhone but I have an iPod touch and the Otterbox case is the complete package. The case actually IS a protector itself. It comes with a white case that protects the device itself AND has a built in screen protector. Then it has a silicone case that comes in different colors that goes over the white protective casing. They make them for iPhones and iPod touches but I don’t know about other smartphones. Best investment I ever made. I haven’t used screen protectors on my touch, only the Otterbox, and it has worked wonders for protecting my screen and device.
