Another month has come and gone in the H-E-B Beauty Blogger Program and this month we are focusing on skin care. I’ve been using the EverVescence Anti-Aging Skin Care line for the past few weeks and unfortunately, as much as I hate to say it, it’s just not for my skin type.
EverVescence is a made with Plant Stem Cell Technology and is specifically formulated to protect your own skin stem cells. The Chamomile and Cucumber hydrate and sooth as the Plant Stem Cell Technology tightens sagging skin and restores your skin’s natural glow.
My skin has always been oily and acne prone, even at 30. Who would have thought that after my teenage years I’d still have to be worried about acne?!? Although my face is oily, I still like to make sure my skin is properly moisturized. After using the EverVescence Anti-Aging Moisturizer for the very first time, I knew almost instantly that it wouldn’t work for me. After applying the moisturizer, my face looked super oily and that didn’t go away, even hours after applying it. I found that this did not get better with multiple uses.
The EverVescence Anti-Aging Facial Cleanser and EverVescence Anti-Aging Face Serum don’t seem to make my face as oily. Although I did notice a dry patch on my chin that showed up after using the cleanser and serum several times. As I mentioned above, my face is naturally oily and I don’t have much experience with dry, flaky patches, but after not using the product for a few days, the dry patch started going away. Coincidence? Maybe. I can’t be sure, but I do know that my skin type does not work well with this product.
