When I got pregnant with my first child, I had no idea the changes I was about experience physically and emotionally. The moment my daughter was born, I knew life would be different. A good different, you know.
Now that I’m a mother of three, I wouldn’t trade it for the world. My children make me want to be a better person and I strive everyday to be a mom they can look up to, a mom they are proud of and a mom who always does what’s best for her children. They inspire me to be a better me! (<—- You can check out my article on ABC!)

My 4 children are from my husband’s first marriage. They came to me all at once, all with PTSD. Aging from 11 down to 4, they became the center of my universe and have stayed there for the last 14 years. The things they have over come and the accomplishments they have made in their lives make me a very proud mom (they don’t like me to use the “step” word). Because of our children I decided to go back to college and get my degree. It would be hard to encourage them to go to college if I couldn’t back it up with my own hard work!
They inspire me each and every day to do the best I can do so I can be the best mom for them!

My children have Inspired me to be a better person. I got pregnant at a young age & was not a very nice person to others, i only cared about my self. The moment i found out i was pregnant i straightened up my life. I have been clean, sober & a great mother for 15 years and counting. My kids in school are high honor students, caring and always respectful. I thank the Lord everyday for the inspiration they bring me
