I’m a glutton for a good love story, even when it’s a love story about our four-legged furry friends. One of my childhood favorites, Lady and the Tramp, is now available on Blu-ray DVD and you can also find Lady and the Tramp plushes at the Disney store (in-store and online).lady and the tramp

Talk about loads of fun!

A classic love story unfolds in the best Disney tradition as a lovely young pedigreed cocker spaniel named Lady, who lives a pampered life, finds herself falling romantically for Tramp, an amorous street-smart pooch without prospects. Although they have fun together on several dates, including a sentimental spaghetti dinner by moonlight at Tony’s restaurant, their relationship is strained not only by Lady’s loyalty to her human family and their newborn baby, but by Tramp’s devil-may-care attitude that eventually gets Lady in trouble and tossed into the dog pound. However, good-hearted Tramp redeems himself by saving the baby from potential harm and thus wins Lady’s love and the affection of her human family.

As I mentioned, I love me a good love story!

    I love Lady. I got to watch the movie when i was a little girl and i have always wanted a cocker spaniel because of it. maybe one day.

    Probably Jock, very spirited.. By the way.. what is a “Bell” plush? The only one not named that’s pictured is Peg, the dog that sings “He’s A Tramp” at the pound.. She was called Peg after her voice actor, the singer Peggy Lee 🙂

    My favorite characters from Lady and the Tramp are the Siamese cats. Their duet was my favorite part of the movie.

    My favorite character is Lady. I love Cocker Spaniel dogs…so cute! My Uncle had a boy Cocker when I was younger. I loved the dog and was so sad when he passed away.

    Yup – me, too – I love the Siamese cats (but I wouldn’t say they were a” hout” ) – especially that song they sang (we are Siamese if you ple-ease – we are Siamese if you don’t please…)
