Thank you to Kraft Foods for offering me the opportunity to recreate a recipe with PHILADELPHIA Cooking Creme. Please click here to learn more about all the PHILADELPHIA Cooking Creme flavors and recipes.
When it comes to dinner time, I always try to prepare a meal that looks appetizing, covers a variety of food groups and that each member of the family will enjoy. Since dinner time is our special time where we all sit around the table and talk about our day, I want to make sure that the whole dinner time experience is enjoyable for everyone.
Up until now, I had never cooked with PHILADELPHIA cooking cream, so I was excited to put it to the test in the Creamy Chicken Florentine recipe.
But after trying this tasty recipe, I’ll be using cooking cream much more in the future. Not only did my children eat it, they actually liked it too! It took a little coaxing with the spinach and red bell pepper, but after telling them to eat the spinach along with a noodle and piece of chicken, they didn’t even taste the spinach.
Cooking with cream is a quick and easy way to add a burst of flavor and a more satisfying meal experience. While this recipe called for the Savory Garlic variety, you can also find Savory Lemon & Herb, Creamy Pesto, Reduced Fat Italian Cheese & Herb, Reduced Fat Savory Garlic, Tomato & Basil, Italian Cheese & Herb, Santa Fe Blend and Original at your local grocer.
