What did you ask Santa for this year? My list was pretty short — an embroidery sampler pattern and a nap. I know I’m not the only one out there that could use a few extra zzz’s this holiday season!
Do you know a mom or dad that just seems to be able to do it all? I sure do! Carolyn is momma to three boys, each with a sweet smile and a bucketful of energy. Her family never seems to be sitting still. They’re at the Grand Canyon one weekend and tracking down the best waves the next. In addition to keeping those boys of hers on the move, she works as a middle school history teacher. Pinterest ain’t got nothing on her! She’s so creative and inspiring! Thankfully, her efforts are noticed and she was even named “Teacher of the Year” for her school last year.
When Pampers provided the opportunity to give the gift of sleep, I knew she’d be perfect. With all that she can do on a limited night’s sleep, imagine what she can accomplish while rested!
In addition to the Pampers products, I wanted to be able to do something special for her this holiday season. So I’m adding to her gift basket a massage gift certificate and a promise to watch her boys while she goes to relax.
Pampers are a great fit for a good night’s sleep. They’re three times drier than ordinary diapers, meaning no one is crying over leaks in the middle of the night. It’s that overnight dryness that truly offers the gift of sleep to families. We use them for our baby also, and if the dogs would stop snoring it’d be a “Silent Night” here. I loved this video from last holiday season seeing the snoozing babies. What is it about sleeping babies that makes me tear up?
This holiday season I wish for us all the gift of sleep. As we continue with the holiday rush, I ask you to consider gifting rest to the sleep-deprived parents in your life.
How will you gift the gift of sleep this holiday season?
Carolyn says
I am just a little bit teary eyed and a whole lot grateful! Merry Christmas and cheers to a good nap! We are a busy happy crew and family, friends, and a few essential baby items make our days awesome! Xoxo!

If anyone deserves this special gift of sleep, it is our daughter-in-law Carolyn!!! She is one amazing Mama, often on the go but still finding the time to make each of of her three boys feel special!

Well we’re letting our college aged daughter while a way a good many mornings in bed until 11 AM or so, lol! We know she had many late nights studying for finals and she got good grades, so she deserves some extra zzzs as a reward 🙂

The gift of sleep is a great gift indeed. I’ll never forget when I was able to finally sleep through the night after having my two children. Pampers is a trusted brand name and it was all I used on my kids.

Ah if only my baby would sleep through the night! Pampers does help but it’s the nursing she wants!

I am helping to watch a few new cousins so their parents can get some extra sleep, I know how much I missed sleep those first few precious days.

My sister could definitely use the gift of sleep. She keeps up with my nephew like a champion while keeping a clean home, baking treats from scratch and regularly contributing to my blog.
