    I have a book basket that sits in my family room, I have nieces and nephews that visit often and we always enjoy picking a few special books to read while they are here! I so love seeing kids enjoying books! This series came out when my children were young, they loved these books!

    I know I should say “my son” but when I was a youngster “If you give a mouse a cookie” was my favorite book. It was the first book I read without any help. So. The book is for me, but ill share with my son. Hahah

    this book would undoubtedly go to my daughter. She absolutely loves these books and actually saw this new one the other day at Barnes and Nobles along with the tumbler cup and I had to almost peel her off the book telling her maybe santa would bring it.

    If I was chosen, I would use the visa card to send these book, and other books I’ve collected, and send them to my godson in Peru. Books are so expensive over there that they are difficult for people to afford…they are bootlegged, believe it or not! Postage to Peru is expensive, but I want to encourage my godson to have a love of reading.

    I would give these books to my almost 2 year old to bolster his limited but growing library. He might not be able to read yet, but it’s nice to be able to read to him and one day when he can, he’ll have all the good ones at his finger tips.

    I have a lot of nieces and nephews, I’d have to check with their Moms to see who doesn’t already have this set (it is so popular after all), and then I’d give it to one of them.

    I would give them to my daughter. She brought If You Give a Mouse a Cookie home from the school library and had me read it to her about a half-dozen times before it had to go back two days later. She’d love to have her own copy.
