Fish Extender Gifts You Can Buy for Your Disney Cruise

In February we went on our first Disney cruise as part of the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration. When planning for the trip I stumbled upon the Fish Extender concept. I knew that if I didn’t participate my kids would feel left out, so I dove right in to Fish Extender research and signed our family up. The hardest part was figuring out what to get everyone, so I wanted to make a list of Fish Extender gifts you can buy to make YOUR planning easier.

I know you’re probably short on time as you’re planning for your Disney Cruise vacation. But as you’re planning for your magical vacation, if you’re participating in a Fish Extender group, you may be stressing about what to bring. While I’ll say don’t stress about it, I know that’s easier said than done.

Because I want to make your planning easier, I’ve compiled a list of Fish Extender gifts that you can buy ahead of time so that you can spend less time worrying about those gifts and more time planning your excursions.

Fish Extender Gifts for Kids

Lets be honest here, as parents we usually participate in programs like this one for our kids, right? That’s the reason I signed up anyways. Not that a Disney cruise isn’t magical enough on its own, but I didn’t want my children to feel like they were missing out.

What you spend on each child is totally up to you. The Fish Extender group I participated in had 41 participants. Needless to say I was very aware that I wouldn’t be able to spend a ton on each person. But I was able to purchase items in bulk and then split them up for each child. It really helped to stretch our budget for fish extender gifts you can buy.

Fish Extender Gifts for Women

Depending on the Fish Extender group that you join, it may be required that you buy for adults. When we went last month, everyone participated, both young and old. While I did use fish extender gifts that you can make, I also chose some fish extender gifts that you can buy because I was running short on time.

The amount you spend on each gift is entirely up to you. There really are no rules, except that you purchase something for everyone participating in the Fish Extender group. If you’re in a smaller group, spending more per person may be an option. If you’re in a larger group, spending less is probably more of a feasible option.
