New babies are always such a joyous occasion and I love showering the new mom with gifts for her and baby.
There’s just something about a new baby that gets me all sentimental and stuff. I can’t help it – I just love babies.
I know that Mother’s Day has already passed, but why can’t we extend the celebration? We deserve that much – don’t we, Mom?
We can, y’all. Moms who shop at Sam’s Club can celebrate with nearly a full month of instant savings on two mom staples – Pampers diapers and wipes.
Psst…Pampers is the diaper I used to make these DIY Diaper Babies.
Right now, mom (and dad, too) can get $5 off each package of Pampers diapers, and up to $5 off each package of Pampers wipes – all at Sam’s Club and on samsclub.com (with free shipping!) And all you have to do is shop. No clipping or downloading coupons or filling out rebates for this great deal.
This is a pretty great deal so stock up while you can. Even if you don’t have a baby, stock up for gifts.
DIY Diaper Babies
Diaper Babies are cute little accompaniments to a baby shower gift that are made using items that the new mom can reuse.
I made these DIY Diaper Babies with Pampers Swaddlers Size 1 diapers. I also used 0-6 month socks and coordinating baby washcloths.
I’m all about being resourceful and I think these cute DIY Diaper Babies are affordable, functional, and unique.
How to Make DIY Diaper Babies
DIY Diaper Babies Supplies:
DIY Diaper Babies Directions:
Starting at the open end, roll the diaper inwards so that the printed side is being rolled up and the white side is on the outside.
Wrap a rubber band around the rolled diaper towards one end.
Next, place a baby sock on the opposite end of the rubber band. If you want, you can tie the end of the sock so that it looks more like a baby hat.
Next, fold a baby washcloth into thirds and wrap it around the rolled diaper. Secure with a mini clothes pin.
Then, add some eyes using the black marker.
And there you go, adorable little DIY Diaper Babies!
