Need to cool down? Try some of these Chunky Pineapple Ice Pops!
I just can’t stop it with the frozen treats, y’all. Just. Can’t. They’re so easy and SOOO yummy!
(And they give me a PERFECT reason to use my popsicle molds that I keep buying and storing in the back of the cabinet where my hubby can’t find them.)

So with the two boys back in school, I miss them like crazy all day. I love having them here with me during the summer and it’s such a shocker to my heart when I have to send them away for 8 hours. So I make them stuff. Like these Chunky Pineapple Ice Pops, and these Easy Strawberry Mini Pudding Pops.
I love surprising them when they get home from school.
And what’s super awesome about these Chunky Pineapple Ice Pops, only two ingredients y’all. Two. Like in one, two! And if you’re like me, you already have them in the pantry.

I love easy recipes that make for easy treats for the family. Now that I’m homeschooling my oldest, my days are pretty chaotic, so the five minutes that these Chunky Pineapple Ice Pops require are well spent when I see the smiles on their faces when they get home from school.
Don’t forget to pin these Chunky Pineapple Ice Pops to one of your Pinterest boards so that you don’t lose it.
Don’t they look so good? I love that I know every single ingredient in these Chunky Pineapple Ice Pops. It makes me feel better when giving my children sweet treats to know that what I’m giving them isn’t terrible for their growing bodies.
Pineapple and pineapple juice — it doesn’t get more real than that.
Do you make your own ice pops at home? What flavor is your favorite?

I’ve made several different ice pops that are larger and with silicone molds. The flavors were grape and fruit punch juices.
