Breakfast around my house can get a little tricky at times. With three kids, they hardly ever want the same thing. If you have more than one child I know you feel my frustration. Trying to please ALL of them ALL the time is nearly impossible. But sometimes, I succeed, and we all leave the table after breakfast with our composure without any yelling, rolling eyes, or crossed arms. If your mornings sound a bit like mine sometimes, this Berry Breakfast Parfait is a winner, y’all. It’s so versatile and can be customized for even the pickiest of kids. Trust me!
You can throw this Berry Breakfast Parfait together in a matter of minutes, and it’s so simple that the kids can help out too. I like to set up a parfait bar and have them choose which ingredients they want in their parfait. Any extras, such as cut up berries, get stored in a container in the fridge.
Offer different types of cut up fruits, yogurts, and cereals. Did you know that cereals make a great topping for parfaits? Who said you had to eat it in a bowl with milk? Although, it’s pretty darn tasty that way, too!

I always use glass jars to serve parfaits. I love seeing all the different layers and colors of the parfait through the glass jar. The best part, there are so many decorative glass jars to choose from! These are some of my favorites from Amazon.

In this Berry Breakfast Parfait I used Honey Bunches of Oats® with Real Strawberries since I was going for a very berry kind of parfait. I love the crunch the cereal provides. It’s a nice contrast to the yogurt and fruit pieces.

Breakfast parfaits keep my kids and momma happy in the morning. If I have the fruit pre-cut for them they can make the parfait themselves. They get breakfast and I get to sleep in on a lazy summer day!

This looks so light and delicious. I like the twist of adding the cinnamon pebbles, it would give a light crunch to the creamy fruit parfait.
