Harvard Sweet Boutique Review

‘Tis the season for eating sweets, and I was happy to oblige.  This adorable box arrived at my doorstep with a variety of scrumptious baked goods from Harvard Sweet Boutique.  It’s hard to decide where to begin!

Harvard Sweet Boutique offers “sweets for all occasions” delivered right to your doorstep (or a friend or family member if you are willing to share).  They make their products from scratch and in small batches, the old-fashioned way.  Likewise, their cookies, toffees, brownies, and other assorted yummies are made from the highest quality of ingredients.  A wonderful feature is the gluten-free options, such as the gluten-free Vanilla Sea Salt Caramel Brownies and Chocolate Toffee Cookies.

My favorite treat was the Mint Chocolate Fudge Brownie, a three-layered delight of rich brownie, mint buttercream, and a bittersweet chocolate glaze.  Each cookie or bar came individually wrapped to ensure the gooey, moist goodness.  The wrapping made it hard to pretend I made them myself.  A bite would have also given away the fact that this novice baker didn’t whip those up.  However, they did offer some of my family’s traditional favorites like Chocolate Chunk Cookies and some I’m dying to try next like White Chocolate Coconut Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies.

When ordering, you are given a multitude of options. You can shop by product, occasion, price, or flavor.  I loved the opportunity to pick my own treats for someone whose preferences I know well, or getting a variety like the one I received which allows you to sample all different sorts. If you have ordered flowers or other gifts for delivery, you know the price can certainly add up quickly.  Harvard Sweet Boutique offers packages in a wide price range, with many options available for less than $20!  I used their shipping estimator (as I’ve been burned by those extra fees with other companies) and was relieved to see a flat rate shipping charge of $5.

Harvard Sweet Boutique is a great choice for sending love or well wishes via the mail.  Your friends and family will adore the scrumptious offerings whether it be for a specific occasion or just because.

You can purchase Harvard Sweet Boutique treats directly from their website.
