Ingredients

• 1/2 cup room temperature butter
• 3 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 cup International Delight® Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and mix with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Let sit for 20 minutes and mix by hand before using.

Notes

If you want to color the frosting simply add a bit of food coloring.

If the frosting comes out too thick add a bit more flavored creamer. If the frosting comes out too thin add a bit more sugar.

Until a couple of years ago I had no idea how easy it was to make homemade frosting. Now, I prefer it to the store bought kind when time allows. You can make just about any flavor you want depending on what mood you’re in.
