During the holidays my home is filled to the brim with sweet treats. I like baking and cooking with seasonal flavors and I love the way this Peppermint Mocha Frosting tastes on homemade sugar cookies. Y’all, it’s so good.
What makes this Peppermint Mocha Frosting a bit different from your traditional frosting recipe is that I used International Delight® Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer to give it a splash of seasonal flavor. Isn’t it awesome that International Delight is a delicious addition to your morning cup of coffee AND can be used as a delicious ingredient for a fun holiday recipe?
While you’re making delicious sugar cookies for this Peppermint Mocha Frosting, enjoy a warm cup of coffee with either International Delight® Peppermint Mocha or International Delight® REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup. Because why not stir liquid holiday cheer into your coffee? It’s the ultimate way to make your cup of coffee absolutely perfect each and every time.
If you’re not a fan of sugar cookies, try it on cupcakes! Either way, it’s delicious. But a little goes a long way, so don’t go overboard. It’s super sweet with a slight peppermint flavor and complements the sugar cookies just perfectly.

Until a couple of years ago I had no idea how easy it was to make homemade frosting. Now, I prefer it to the store bought kind when time allows. You can make just about any flavor you want depending on what mood you’re in.
It is so easy to enjoy delicious, seasonal flavors by simply adding International Delight to your daily cup of coffee, as well as an ingredient in your favorite holiday recipe. When I want a slight peppermint flavor, I use International Delight® Peppermint Mocha. When I want a slight peanut butter flavor, I use International Delight® REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup. Is there a REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup in your mug? There should be.
Use your favorite flavor to make your own homemade frosting.
With this Peppermint Mocha Frosting, Peppermint Mocha Creamer will always on the nice list. It just doesn’t feel like the holidays without a splash of seasonal flavor. Stock up and make that merriment last! Don’t limit holiday creamers to just your mug of coffee. Get some holiday inspiration for ways to use it in delicious recipes.
As you’re gearing up for the holiday season, make sure you pick up some International Delight at your local Walmart. With all the different flavors available, you’ll be able to find something that everybody loves!

This just means I need to have enough of the creamer on hand… usually I have to hide it from my husband otherwise he takes it all.
