  • ½ cup room temperature butter
  • 3½ cups of powdered sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ cup International Delight® Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and mix with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Let sit for 20 minutes and mix by hand before using.
Notes
If you want to color the frosting simply add a bit of food coloring.

If the frosting comes out too thick add a bit more flavored creamer. If the frosting comes out too thin add a bit more sugar.

    What a fun way to use the creamer. Anything peppermint fits in with the season too.

    This just means I need to have enough of the creamer on hand… usually I have to hide it from my husband otherwise he takes it all.

    I am a big fan of these flavored creamers, they always add the sweetness to my coffee that I am looking for. I would love to make this frosting, with the creamer, and it would work with so many other flavors too!
