Preheat your oven to 400° F. Spray a 9″ x 13″ baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy over medium-high heat. Remove bacon from skillet and place on a paper-towel lined plate when done; set aside. Keep the bacon fat in the skillet.
Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Put the seasoned chicken breasts into the hot bacon fat and cook for about 2 minutes. Flip the chicken over and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and place in the prepared baking dish; set aside.
Combine the cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix in a small bowl using a fork. At this point you can add more seasoning if you want, depending on your preferences. Top each piece of chicken with equal amounts of the cream cheese mixture. Use a knife or fork to spread it over each chicken breast.
Crumble the cooled bacon and place evenly on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle the cheeses evenly over the chicken breasts.
Place in the heated oven and bake uncovered for about 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked all the way through.
Carefully remove the dish from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
