A Digital Life
It’s undeniable that technology plays an integral role in our day to day lives. Whether we’re searching for something on Google or catching up with our friends and family on a social network, our lives are connected to technology for the better part of the day.
Google understands that technology can take us away from the people and things that mean the most to us, whether it happens intentionally or not. Technology has a way of drawing us in and keeping us disengaged from the things and people around us.
To help us manage our digital wellbeing, Google has developed a series of tools that help us keep our well being in check and our life in balance. You can learn more about it on wellbeing.google.
