Improving Your Digital Wellbeing
There are tools available to help you improve your digital life. It is our responsibility to not only make sure our children are using technology in a safe manner but that we, as parents, are as well.
Discuss the importance of being present. The Family Guide offers discussion topics to help parents guide conversation about technology. I actually enjoyed sitting down with my children and hearing what they think about technology. It was so helpful to hear how they would change things if they were the parents.
