Glass jars come in all shapes and sizes and can be reused and re-purposed in so many ways. We always have an abundant supply of empty glass jars hanging around the house waiting to be reused or re-purposed so I went on a little hunt around Pinterest to get some ideas flowing and I found some pretty cool ideas I wanted to share with you.

Twine Wrapped Glass Jar Vases // These are just too cute! Would make for a great centerpiece for an outside picnic with the family.

My favorites are the terrarium and the herb garden in glass jars. For the growing jars maybe I would combine the midge podge or the twine covering to spruce them up.

I love the idea of growing plants, herbs, etc in them…it would be useful in so many ways! I’d keep them in my kitchen by the window, in their little jars, and cook with them 🙂

Such great ideas! I love those candy jars. I use mine for food storage. I make homemade granola and homemade oatmeal packets (in a jar) so reuse mine all the time.

I need to put my legumes in glass jars now! Since I just got rid of the pantry moths I had, I’m scared to death to buy anything that moths would eat. That was horrendous. I like the candy jar idea too.
