Since yesterday was National S’mores Day, what better way to celebrate than with…S’mores? But not your traditional S’mores. How about these Peanut Butter S’more Marshallow Pops?
The traditional summertime S’mores that I grew up with are definitely my favorite, but when I saw a recipe for Peanut Butter S’more Marshmallow Pops on the Jif website, let’s just say I’m a sucker for bite-sized treats on a stick.
The kids and I got in the kitchen, donned our aprons, and went to work. Surprisingly, it went much smoother than expected and the kiddos did most of the work. A total win for momma!

Peanut Butter S'more Marshmallow Pops
The Peanut Butter S'more Marshmallow Pops are a fun twist to the traditional summertime S'more.
Ingredients
- 3 graham crackers, finely crushed
- 1/2 cup Jif® Whips Whipped Peanut Butter & S'mores Flavored Spread
- 24 large marshmallows
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 24 lollipop sticks
Instructions
The more I allow my children into the kitchen with me, the more I’m actually growing to love it. Sure it’s a little messier, and most things take a little bit longer to complete, but the memories we are making are totally worth it.
I loved watching them work together for one common goal. From using the rolling pin to crush the graham crackers, to dipping the marshmallows in yumminess, each of them willingly helped to create these gorgeous s’mores on a stick.
By using Jif Whips Whipped Peanut Butter & S’mores Flavored Spread, we were able to combine two of our favorite flavors, chocolate and peanut butter! The light and fluffy texture makes it a versatile ingredient that can be used in a variety of ways. I used it as a frosting when I made these Frosted Rice Krispies Treats.
