Need a small breakfast or a healthy mid-afternoon snack? A Mini Berry Breakfast Parfait is the perfect size!
It’s getting easier and easier to find the products I need to ensure that my family is eating as natural and organic as we can. Products are popping up on store shelves that are better-for-you and offer parents peace of mind.
More and more dairy-free options are also more available than they ever have been in the past. For those on a dairy-free diet, this Mini Berry Breakfast Parfait is for you.
Just three ingredients, y’all. It’s all you need for a quick, easy, and HEALTHY breakfast!
The consistency of Silk Vanilla Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative is a bit runny compared to our normal brand of Greek yogurt, so putting it in the freezer for 20 minutes prior to making a Mini Berry Breakfast Parfait helps to keep some resemblance of layers. It liquefies pretty quickly so you need to move pretty quickly when assembling these.
If layers matter to you more than they do to me, you may want to use a different yogurt alternative – it’s totally up to you though.
If you are on a dairy-free diet and haven’t been able to indulge in parfaits, this Mini Berry Breakfast Parfait is the perfect alternative.
Serve a Mini Berry Breakfast Parfait along side an English muffin topped with peanut butter and I’d say that’s a pretty good start to the day.
I love the flavor of the Silk Vanilla Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative! It honestly reminds me a little of a really runny vanilla cake batter. If you don’t want to make a Mini Berry Breakfast Parfait, just throw some Kashi GOLEAN Crunch! Honey Almond Flax Cereal over the top of the yogurt alternative and voila — instant breakfast!

Is that the Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal, or are you using just the crunch pieces by themselves? I can’t remember what they’re called. From the pictures it looks like just the crunch pieces and not the actual cereal but I can’t tell for sure.
Crystal says
It’s the cereal, not just the pieces 🙂
