Eating a low carb diet is not an easy lifestyle to sustain. But it’s possible to enjoy eating low carb when discovering low carb alternatives, like these Almond Flour Crackers. You can still enjoy the crunchiness of a cracker without accumulating an excess of carbs for the day.
I know when I first started the Keto diet towards the end of last year, I missed chips and crackers the most. It didn’t take me long to figure out that I could use just 4 simple, keto-friendly ingredients to make crackers with almond flour. You can find plenty of Keto Cracker recipes online, but I think you’ll find this one to be the easiest and tastiest.
Keto Crackers
Like I mentioned, I was really missing chips and crackers during the early part of my Keto journey. Some of my favorite crackers are Almond Thins so I set out to make a recipe for low carb crackers using almond flour. Since almond flour is perfectly okay on the Keto diet, it was the perfect ingredient for Keto friendly crackers.
This Keto crackers recipe uses just four simple ingredients you probably already have at home, especially if you’re already eating Keto. These almond flour crackers contain almond flour, egg whites, garlic powder, and salt. That’s it.
Isn’t it nice to know that you can make delicious crackers at home and know exactly what the ingredients are?!?
Tip: You can also use garlic salt in place of the garlic powder and salt if you’d like. I love the Brandless option because not only is it organic and made in the USA, it’s only $3. In fact, I buy a lot of my Keto ingredients from Brandless or Thrive Market. I find that buying online often saves me big bucks when buying specialty ingredients.
These low carb crackers will quickly become your favorite Keto cracker!
Low Carb Crackers
This Keto Crackers recipe makes a pretty big batch of crackers. The amount of crackers will depend on how thin you roll out the dough and how big or small you cut the crackers.
When I make these Keto crackers I prefer a bigger cracker that measures about 1.5″ x 1.5″. My yield is right around 48 crackers per batch. If you cut them smaller, your yield will be more. Likewise, if you cut them bigger, your yield will be less.
With a yield of 48 crackers, each serving of 6 crackers is only 2 NET CARBS.
How to Serve Almond Flour Crackers
My favorite way to eat these Almond Flour Crackers is dipped in cream cheese. But feel free to eat them as is or dipped in your favorite low-carb dip.

Start out by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F. Then, pour all of the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and stir all ingredients together until a soft dough forms.
After that, tear off two equal sizes of parchment paper and lay one down on a flat surface. Put the dough down in the middle of the parchment paper and top with the remaining piece of parchment paper. With a rolling pin, roll out the dough until it reaches about 1/8″ thickness. Next, using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into squares or rectangles. Sprinkle a little extra salt over the top of the cut crackers.
Bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes, watching very carefully. The outer crackers will get done first. When you notice that nice, golden brown color, remove the pan from oven, carefully take off the crackers that are done, and put the pan back into the oven. Repeat until all the crackers are done.
Store in an air-tight container or serve.
