It’s October, but it’s still warm in Texas. I’m not sad though. It just means I get to enjoy my cold coffee drinks, like this Easy Blended Iced Coffee, just a little bit longer before switching back to the warmer options.
I recently received the Nutri Ninja Ninja Blend Max Duo (read my full review here) and I’m loving how easy it is to use in some of my favorite recipes. I used it to make this Easy Blended Iced Coffee, instead of a traditional blender, and I love how it blends up all the ingredients to make the best Easy Blended Iced Coffee. There are no big chunks of ice, just perfectly blended ingredients that create an amazing cold coffee drink.

I pretty much need some form of coffee to function like a normal adult most days. Making it fun and super tasty, is just an added bonus. And because I don’t have a lot of time to spare, easy is the way to go. That’s why I really love this Easy Blended Coffee. Because it really is SO EASY to make. Especially if you have a Ninja or other good blender.
This recipe makes two servings, but if you only need one, just split the recipe in half. I like having two servings because homeschool, work, new puppy, laundry, dishes…you get the point?!?
I haven’t broken down the costs of making this Easy Blended Iced Coffee at home, but I do know it’s cheaper than visiting the local barista each morning. And let’s face it — don’t you feel so much better when you make it at home and save yourself some money? I do!

Here in Michigan I am at a happy medium. Not too hot, not too cold. So I can still do iced coffee on warmer days. I do miss the south sometimes, especially when I am knee deep in winter.
