Christmas Tic Tac Toe
- Christmas Tic Tac Toe Printable
- small candy pieces (like Skittles or M&M’s)
- scissors or paper cutter
- Print the free printable and cut into four playing cards. Use the candy pieces in place of the traditional Xs and Os on your playing card.
- Each player gets 5 candy pieces in the same color. Play Tic Tac Toe like you would normally play. At the end of the game, the winner gets the candy pieces.
I like playing Christmas Tic Tac Toe because the winner actually get something besides bragging rights. And since candy is a big incentive for me, I want to do all the winning, y’all.
I know that Christmas break is coming up really soon and there might be some bored kids sitting at home all day. Christmas Tic Tac Toe is a great way to keep the kids entertained.
How to Play Christmas Tic Tac Toe
Since I’ve done all the design work for you, all you need to do to enjoy a game of Christmas Tic Tac Toe is print the FREE Tic Tac Toe cards. If you want, you can also laminate the cards to make them last longer. If you want to laminate and don’t have a laminator yet, I recommend the Fellowes Saturn 3i 125. The rapid warm up and auto shut off make it the best option for busy moms like us.
After printing the Christmas Tic Tac Toe cards, cut them into four cards. I use my Westcott Carbo Titanium Paper Trimmer and my Westcott Titanium Non-Stick Scissors. When working with printables and other various crafts, I’ve found the Westcott brand to be reliable and affordable. And since I’m always looking for the best deal, I stick with what’s cheap and works!
You can use candies, different-colored circles cut out of cardstock, and/or dry-erase markers (if you laminated the cards) as your Xs and Os. Whoever gets three in a row, wins.
Alright, who’s ready to play a game of Christmas Tic Tac Toe?
