How to Make Mummy Twinkies Pops
To make these Mummy Twinkie Pops, start by unwrapping the Twinkies and putting them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then, put the baking sheet into the freezer while you’re getting everything else ready.
Next, melt the white candy melts in the microwave according to the directions on the bag.
When the candy melts are completely melted, add 2 tablespoons coconut oil and stir until completely combined. If you don’t have coconut oil, Crisco will work, but use coconut oil if you can.
Remove the Twinkies from the freezer. Insert a straw into the bottom of each Twinkie.
Dip Twinkies into the melted candy melts, one by one. Use a spoon or pastry brush to spread melted candy melts onto the Twinkies until completely covered. Place Twinkies back on the parchment paper.
Place two candy eyes towards the top on each Twinkie. Make sure that you don’t put the eyes too close to the top so that you can put some candy melt bandages above the eyes without covering them.
Carefully pour remaining candy melt into a disposable pastry bag with coupler and tip already in place. With a back and forth motion, gently squeeze candy melt over the Twinkies to create a “bandage” look.
Transfer to the refrigerator for a quick set.
And there you have it. Knowing how to make Twinkies look like mummies is only half of it. Now it’s time to get in the kitchen and have fun with it.

Mummy Twinkies Pops Recipe
If you don’t want to put the Mummy Twinkies on a straw, it isn’t necessary, but I’ve found that not only does the straw make it easier while coating with white chocolate, I just love the way the colorful straws look.
